ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SAID PACKAGE. PACKAGES BEING DISTROYED, LOST, STOLEN, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND. THIS MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE CARRIER AS A CLAIM.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping and delivery estimates are per option you chose for shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not cover the cost of duties and taxes on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer on their region.
