Unfortunately, because of sanitary reasons, items are not eligible for returns. However! If we have messed up or there are any issues with your order, please kindly send us an email and we will do everything we can to make it right. This will not include melting of products or missing packages.
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SAID PACKAGE. PACKAGES BEING DISTROYED, LOST, STOLEN, YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND. THIS MUST BE HANDLED THROUGH THE CARRIER AS A CLAIM.
